c’est la vie

Found a few friendster updates in my email box, and all talked about their weekends.  Here’s mine, my 101st blog.

1. I started to feel like losing my appetite these days.  My dear friend brought me some famous dumpling for lunch.  I stopped after eating 2.  The dumplings were actually very good, just didn’t feel like eating.   Next time maybe bring me hairy crabs or foie gras or I might have my appeitie back. ^_~

2. Had a lot of women talks yesterday.  A friend showed me the panties she bought… wow sexy…!!  Also met a "bra designer" from a friend’s party… she claimed she can "measure" a woman with her eyes.  Fortunately she didn’t measure mine… haha!

3. Had a drink with friends last night.  A real late one.  A marketing researcher or something stopped by our table and wanted a little survey.  She asked if anyone drives.  A male friend volunteered.  The first question was about the brand and the model of the car.  He answered.  The second question was, whether he works in a certain type of industries.  When she read out the list, he said YES.  She disappointed and wanted to go away.  I then told her that she could ask me.  OK, first question again.  When I spelled the brand, she puzzled.  I asked her to give me the list… I read from top to end for 3 times and still couldn’t find my car.  Oh sorry.  She was even more disappointed.  Then she left the bar.

4. A girl brought her dog into the bar.  A very big and very old golden retriever (wasn’t it a golden retriever?).  So lovely..!!  I had this dog in my dream last night but my cats, as in the dream, don’t like him very much.

5. Needed to buy a pair of WHITE PANTS for a company function.  Gosh, white pants, where can I possibly find one in my wardrobe?  I went to those small boutiques.    I tried a small size jeans like white pants on, and the saleslady said it was too large for me.  Oh… this is the first time I heard such thing.  Scary.  (I finally bought another one).

6. My brain doesn’t function on this Sunday.  I hate that feeling.  Feeling like an idiot.
