People is getting used to abuse of the customer services.

* Mr Customer said they require the service very urgently.  If the delivery cannot meet their unreasonable expectation, it is our fault;

* Mr Customer said they require the service very urgently, better tomorrow.  We push every resources to get it done.  When we hand it over to Mr Customer, he said, "sorry, we are not ready yet."

* Mr Customer’s service needs to be repaired.  He said he wants a replacement.  We look into every corner and get one for him.  When we give it to him, Mr Customer said he can wait for few more days until it is repaired.

* When we talk about invoices….

- Mr Customer, we can deliver it to you tomorrow, and we will start charging you then;

- Give it to me first.

(after delivery)

- Mr Customer, here is the invoice…

- Did I tell you that I am not ready (to pay)?

    Hey, you have been a sales for long, don’t get pissed off as every customer today is expecting something outrageously unreasonable for the price they pay. It is now a customer market. Unless every company is like LV, which can basically reject order. Funny is that, I am acting like it lately as I am running out of products to sell to my customers. Don’t worry, you will get over it. This is just a part of the current sales lives in HK. There are good people, try think of the good side and you will find a better air.
